My name is Brittney daCosta Banning and helping women experience the healing power that yoga has brought into my life makes my heart feel so unbelievably full.
My goal is to show you all that yoga has to offer… how it can be fun, invigorating as well as challenging. I want to show you how it can heal your mind, body and spirit. And how it can help you find authenticity from deep down inside and make your true Self a part of your everyday life.
For me, yoga started as a love-hate relationship. I tried to force it by going to group studios and couldn’t shake the insecurity I felt in my bones. One day, I reached the end of my rope, walked out smack in the middle of a class and didn’t set foot in another studio for years.
It wasn’t until many years later, I learned that I had yoga all wrong! Yoga is a wonderful workout, yes, but it’s so much more than that. Since then, I’ve incorporated a healthy lifestyle so that eating clean and movements like yoga fill me with love.
Let me show you how wonderful yoga can be for you too. We’ll go back to the basics and deepen your practice so you have the confidence to waltz into any yoga studio your heart desires… and look forward to doing it again.
PRIVATE YOGA + HEATH COACHING
75 minutes of yoga in your living room or mine. This will be a 60-minute yoga class spaced out to make time for extra tweaks, adjustments, and questions so you have a basic understanding of the poses and transitions. (Three+ classes recommended for a strong understanding.)
This is a package of FIVE private 1:1 yoga classes at a discounted rate. Not only will you save $75 when you bundle, but you’ll walk away from our sessions with the kind of confidence that’ll have you checking out every studio in the city knowing that you’re doing the poses correctly and feeling like a total yogi warrior.
Get a single 1:1 yoga class plus a private health coaching session. This 75-minute chat in a quiet, private space will focus entirely on your the vision you have for your body and your life. We’ll connect the dots between who think you are, what you want to be and your body’s unique needs. We’ll go into your life, your heart and your head and figure out what has worked for you in the past and what hasn’t – and what changes you want to make for yourself from the inside out.
This session will help you learn what tweaks to make to your eating habits and lifestyle to have you reaching for healthy foods and creating new positive habits. Note that this package also includes two additional weeks of email support. I highly recommend this option!
