The Magic Kitchen Makeover hands-on intensive program is exactly what you need if you don’t have time to organize, figure out what’s healthy and what’s not, or try to attempt making a BIG change on your own.
I’ll come and tell you exactly what to toss and keep, buy and store as well as prepare and eat. I’ll help you stock your kitchen with food that’s actually good for you and tasty.

WEEK ONE: KITCHEN RAID
Out with the old and in with the new! We’ll meet in your home for a thorough kitchen makeover by going through your pantry, cupboards and refrigerator. We’ll ditch the junk, declutter, and make room for tasty, healthy alternatives. Picture a kitchen that’s organized and full of easy-to-reach-for healthy and tasty foods.
Together, we’ll have fun getting rid of what hasn’t been working and making room for what does. Plus you’ll have me there to ensure you follow through and make the right choices that are in line with your health and wellness goals.
WEEK TWO: GROCERY STORE TOUR
We’ll meet at your local grocery store and comb through the aisles one by one. You’ll learn what to look for, how to read food labels and what foods are easy healthy substitutes for what you already have in your kitchen. You’ll have whole new grab ‘n’ go products that are catered towards your taste buds. (Even specific brand names!)
You’ll see how finding healthy options at the store can be a breeze when you know exactly what to avoid and what not to. You’ll also learn about new and exciting foods that are super quick, healthy and easy to prepare.
WEEK THREE: PRIVATE IN-HOME COOKING LESSON
Discover the fun in cooking in your own kitchen. Side-by-side, we’ll cook a simple and easy meal that’ll help you learn how cooking can be quick, stress-free, and in line with your health goals AND your taste buds.
You’ll learn quick tricks that’ll help you understand why most fresh meals shouldn’t take more than half an hour… and complicated recipes should be reserved for special occasions only (at the most!).
WEEK THREE: FARMERS MARKET TOUR
Take out the overwhelm at your local farmers market when we meet and walk booth by booth so you can find exactly what you’ll look for when you go on your own. You’ll learn what questions to ask to ensure your eggs, dairy products and vegetables are sustainable and free of fattening chemicals. You’ll also learn what new fitness friendly foods you can add to your diet for some exciting interesting options to reach for in your pantry.
ONGOING SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS
As you start making changes, you may have questions. You’ll receive email support during our entire three weeks together as well as for an additional two weeks to have your questions and concerns answered so you can continue to make healthy, time-saving stress-free options.
